RETURNS
As a customer You may return or exchange a creation within 30 days following delivery. Granted that the goods are in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. House Of Matini will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
In the event of a return, we ask that You contact us to retrieve the return address, along with all necessary help for a successful return.
Engraved or embossed creations cannot be returned to House Of Matini for return or exchange.
Special orders, personalized and made-to-orders cannot be returned to House Of Matini for return or exchange.
